Teknologi dan inovasi merupakan satu perkembangan yang amat pesat di dunia pada hari ini. Setiap negara bersaing untuk mempertingkatkan inovasi mereka dalam pelbagai bidang antaranya, pendidikan, perubatan, perniagaan dan juga hiburan. Walaubagaimanapun, penggunaan teknologi perlu dikawal supaya penggunaanya tidak menjejaskan sahsiah para penggunanya. Oleh itu beberapa langkah haruslah dilaksanakan oleh setiap pihak yang bertanggungjawab.

Ibu bapa merupakan seorang yang berperanan yang tinggi dalam hal membentuk sahsiah anak anak mereka. Hal ini kerana remaja sekarang adalah pemimpin pada masa akan datang. Oleh itu, ibu bapa haruslah mengawal anak mereka dari rumah lagi. Sebagai contoh, dunia teknologi dalam pendidikan semakin berkembang, contohnya penggunaan internet. Remaja sekarang dapat memperoleh jutaan informasi di hujung jari mereka. Walaupun internet dapat memberikan pelbagai manfaat. ibubapa haruslah sedar bahawa internet yang sama dapat memberikan atau dapat menunjukkan jalan yang salah kepada remaja sekiranya disalahgunakan. Hal kerana selain dapat memperolehi maklumat pembelajaran dan pengetahuan awam, internet juga boleh digunakan dalam bentuk hiburan yang negatif seperti laman web yang lucah. Oleh itu, ibubapa haruslah mengawasi komputer anak –anak mereka untuk memastikan anak –anak mereka tidak menyalah gunakan teknologi yang disediakan. Disamping itu, ibubapa haruslah mengetahui laman- laman web yang dilayari oleh anak – anak mereka.

Telefon bimbit adalah antara teknologi yang semakin berkembang pada masa hari ini, setiap orang memiliki sebuah telefon bimbit seperti memiliki sebatang pen. Penggunaan telefon bimbit amat berguna pada masa hari untuk berhubung antara satu sama lain. Walaupun bagaimanapun, penggunaan telefon yang tidak terkawal dalam kalangan pelajar boleh menyebabkan pembaziran duit ibubapa semata mata untuk menambah kredit. Perkara ini berpunca kerana remaja tidak dapat mengenal pasti yang mana penting dan buruk. Kebanyakkan remaja dan pelajar sekolah menggunakan telefon sebagai alat bercinta. Oleh itu, ibubapa harus memastikan bahawa anak – anak mereka bergaul dengan rakan rakan yang berperangai baik. Disamping itu, ibu bapa haruslah memastikan anak- anak mereka tidak bercakap dalam telefon sehingga lewat malan.

Selain itu, pihak sekolah juga memainkan perana penting dalam membentuk sahsiah dalam kalangan pelajar. Sebagai contoh guru- guru haruslah mempertingkan lagi dalam mata pelajaran moral dan sivik supaya matlamat mata pelajaran dapat sampai sepenuhnya kepada pelajar- pelajar. Guru- guru perlu menjadikan subjek tersebut sebagai saju mata peljaran yang diminati oleh pelajar. Perkara ini boleh dilakukan, dengan mengunakan kaedah yang berbeza dalam mengajar mata pelajaran ini. Sebagai contoh, guru-guru boleh mengadakan tayangan video didalam kelas mengenai masalah masalah yang wujud akibat penyalah gunaan teknologi yang sedia ada. Dengan berbuat demikian pelajar- pelajar akan gemar mengikuti subjek in. Daripada pembelajaran mata pelajaran ini remaja dapat berfikir secara rasional dan dapat mengenal pasti baik dan buruk.

Disamping itu, masyarakat sendiri juga haruslah memainkan peranan tinggi dalam membentuk penggunaan teknologi yang semakin berkembang. Pengubahsuain kereta dan motorsikal merupakan gaya moden yang sangat diminati oleh remaja sekarang. Sebagai contoh menambah peti suara,eksos yang canggih, lampu yang berkuasa tinggi dalam kenderaan mereka merupakan trend terkini. Walaupun pengubahsuain merupakan satu teknologi yang baik, penguna dan remaja haruslah memastikan samaada pengubahsuain yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kenderaan mereka. Perkara ini kerana pengubahsuain boleh membawa malapetaka yang tidak diingini sekiranya pengubahsuain yang dilakukan lebih daripada kapasiti yang boleh ditampung oleh kenderaan mereka. Mekanik- mekanik kenderaan haruslah mengambil berat perkara seperti ini dan bukanya hanya semata mata mementingkan keuntangan.

Kerajaan juga boleh mengambil langkah- langkah yang berkesan terhadap penyalah gunaan teknologi. Sebagai contoh hukuman tegas harus di kenakan terhadap pengguna kenderaan yang mengubah suai kenderaan mereka lebih daripada kapasiti yang boleh di tampung oleh sesuatu kenderaan tersebut. Selain itu, kerajaan haruslah memansuhkan laman- laman web pronografi dan laman web yang mengandungi unsur- unsur negatif. Dengan menguatkuasakan undang undang seperti ini kita dapat mengurangkan masalah sahsiah dalam kalangan pelajar dan juga dalam kalangan pengguna teknologi yang sedang membangun ini.

Kesimpulanya, setiap individu berperanan dalam membentuk sahsiah dalam kalangan masyarakat. Oleh itu, setiap individu haruslah bijak dalam mengunakan teknologi yang membangun pesat ini supaya dapat memperolehi manfaat daripada inovasi yang dilakukan.

The Causes of H1N1

There a few causes of A (H1N1) Influenza. The first cause is due to bacterial infections of the lower respiratory tract. The signs of a secondary respiratory infection often appear just as the victim seems to recover. These signs include high fever, intense chills, chest pains associated with breathing and productive cough with thick yellowish green sputum. When these symptoms appear, medical treatment is necessary. The other infections such as sinus or ear infections may also require medical intervention. Next, heart and lung problems and other chronic diseases, can be aggravated by influenza, which is a particular concern with aged patients. As for children and teenagers, it is advisable for them to be alert for symptoms such as Reye's syndrome which is a disorder principally affecting the liver and brain, marked by rapid development of life-threatening neurological symptoms. It is a rare but serious complication. The symptoms of Reye's syndrome are nausea and vomiting and more seriously neurological problems can be developed such as confusion or delirium which is a state of mental confusion that develops quickly and usually fluctuates in intensity. This syndrome occurs associated with the use of aspirin to relieve flu symptoms.
In more serious cases, influenza causes pneumonia, which can be fatal and particularly for the young and the elderly. Although it is often confused with other influenza-like illnesses, especially the common cold influenza is a much more rigorous disease than the common cold. Influenza may produce nausea and vomiting particularly in children, but these symptoms are more common in the unrelated gastroenteritis, which is sometimes called "stomach flu" or "24-hour flu". Typically, influenza is transmitted through the air by coughs or sneezes, creating aerosols containing the virus. Influenza can also be transmitted by bird droppings, saliva, nasal secretions, feces and blood. Infection can also occur through contact with these body fluids or through contact with contaminated surfaces. Airborne aerosols have been thought to cause most infections, although which means of transmission is most important is not absolutely clear. Influenza viruses can be inactivated by sunlight, disinfectants and detergents. However, the virus can be inactivated by soap and frequent hand wash can reduce the risk of the infection.

For prevention, the lifestyle routine would be as follows:
1) Wash hands frequently, especially after handling money, taking public transportation, taking out trash, walking the dog, shaking hands, etc. Use warm running water with fingertips pointing down, building up an abundant lather, for at least 15 seconds.
2) Cover your mouth with a tissue or handkerchief when coughing, sneezing, or yawning, then wash your hands.
3) Cover your mouth and nose if you are near someone else who is coughing, sneezing, or yawning.
4) Eat well, rest well, get fresh air and sunshine, and save a little time for a healthy hobby or leisure activity.
5) Use a paper towel or jacket sleeve to turn the knob when leaving public restrooms.
For prevention, the herbal/nutritional protocol would be as follows:

Introduction

The word influenza comes from the Italian language refers to cause of the disease.In Italian influenza means “influence’’,(Latin Influentia).Influenza,commonly referred to as the flue ,which is an infectious disease caused by RNA viruses of the family Orthomyxovividae (the influenza viruses) which affects birds and mammals.Influenza spreads around the world in sesonal epidermics, resulting in the deaths of hundreds and thousand annually. Three influenza pandemics resultingoccured in the 20th centuary by the appeareance of a new strains of the virus in humans.Often,these new strains appear when an existing flu virus spreads to humans from other animal species ,or when existing human strain picks up new genes from a virus that usually infects birds or pigs .
The most common symptoms of this disease are chills,fever,sore throat,muscle pains ,severe headache,coughing ,weakness and general discomford.Usually ,vaccinations against influenza is givento people in developed countries and tofarmed poultry .The most common human vaccine is trivalent influenza vaccine(TIV) that contains purified and inactivated material from three viralstrains.A vaccine formulated for one year may be ineffective in the following year,since the influenza virus evolves rapidly and new strains quickly replace the olders ones.

Why people we so worried about this flu whn hundreds of thousands die every year from sseasonal epidemics?

Seasonal influenza occurs every year and the viruses change each year - but many people have some immunity to the circulating virus which helps limit infections. Some countries also use seasonal influenza vaccines to reduce illness and deaths.
But influenza A(H1N1) is a new virus and one to which most people have no or little immunity and, therefore, this virus could cause more infections than are seen with seasonal flu. WHO is working closely with manufacturers to expedite the development of a safe and effective vaccine but it will be some months before it is available.
The new influenza A(H1N1) appears to be as contagious as seasonal influenza, and is spreading fast particularly among young people (from ages 10 to 45). The severity of the disease ranges from very mild symptoms to severe illnesses that can result in death. The majority of people who contract the virus experience the milder disease and recover without antiviral treatment or medical care. Of the more serious cases, more than half of hospitalized people had underlying health conditions or weak immune systems.
